The Company was formed in 1953, being registered as a collective company under the Commercial Registration No. 205 1000 654, through partnership of three Hazza Brothers, Mr. Nassir Hazza Al-Subaie, Mr. Salem Hazza Al-Subaie and Mr. Fahad Hazza Al-Subaie, changing its status, as a limited liability company during 1988. The Hazza family still maintains their active participation, in the day to day management of the company's affairs.
