Al Atheer Real Estate Development Company will soon unveil the Obhur Park Project, an integrated, multipurpose destination, and one of the leading large-scale residential developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia located in North Obhur “Jeddah the Future”.

The project combines modern and Spanish architectures, and includes entrainment, service and community facilities, shopping centers, and urban green spaces.

Obhur Park is the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing’s only project near Jeddah sea. 

Considered as one of the largest residential developments, the project exceeds 1,145km2 in area and comprised 8,000 apartment-type residential units of various areas and styles.

Obhur Park Project targets the beneficiaries of Sakani programme that is being implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

The project comprises multiple facilities, including, shopping centers, school complexes, mosques, healthcare centres, restaurants, cafes, parks, and playgrounds all constructed according to the highest international stranders of engineering, organisation, and urban planning. 

Sheikh Masood bin Mahdi Al Haider, Chairman, Saudi Alfaf Group of which Al Atheer is a part, stated that Obhur Park is one of the most anticipated integrated construction projects, and comes in line with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince to facilitate Saudis’ ownership of suitable accommodation, keep pace with population growth, and meet the growing demand for residential units in all regions.

"This project supports the endeavors to increase residential ownership among its citizens to 70% by the end of the decade in line with Saudi Vision 2030," he added.
